I am glad. One more note. I have added the FROM to be the USER's email
address and BCC to the USER's email address, and our SUBJECT lines begin with
"BB:" so that in all our users email accounts, we have a RULE that moves all
emails with SUBJECT starting with "BB:" into the :SENT ITEMS - RBASE" folder.

This way all the Users can see ALL emails that were sent from within the Rbase
Application in their Email Clients.

Our users love it and have stopped asking us... What emails did I send out
today from the Rbase App? lol

Its a VERY easy EMAIL integration that works with Rbase and ANY email system in
the world, as long as they have RULES

Thank you Robert.
Your code worked on my 10.5 system with appropriate modifications.
I suspect I may not have correct host and UserID info for client's system.

Hello

We are still on 10.5 (hopefully upgrading VERY soon!!!)

We use this Print to email every day in many menu options in our programs.
This is what we do:

    PRINT InvoiceEM WHERE INVOICE# = .vInvoice# +
OPTION PDF | FILENAME .vPDFName +
     |EMAIL ON +
     |EMAIL_TO_LIST .vInvEmailAddress +
     |EMAIL_BCC_LIST .vBCCList +
     |EMAIL_FROM_NAME MyCompany +
     |EMAIL_FROM_ADDRESS .vfrom_email +
     |EMAIL_SUBJECT .vSubject +
     |EMAIL_BODY .vBody +
     |EMAIL_DELETE_AFTER_SEND ON +
     |EMAIL_ATTACHMENTS .vAttachment +
     |EMAIL_HOST .vEmail_Host +
     |EMAIL_AUTHENTICATION .vEmail_Authentication +
     |EMAIL_PORT .vEmail_Port +
     |EMAIL_USERID .vEmail_Userid +
     |EMAIL_PASSWORD .vEmail_Password +
     |EMAIL_SHOW_DIALOG OFF +
     |SHOW_CANCEL_DIALOG OFF

I changed most variables names to match yours. We do this every time to make
certain the parameters are good.

Dont forgot to also set your Email Server RELAY settings to allow your IP(s) of
the machine(s) emailing this, as well as possible setting the RATE CONTROL in
your EMAIL / ANTI SPAM FW to have an exception if you do mass mailings.

Hope that works,

Robert
