1. Replicate the problem in CONCOMP, telling RBTI exact steps to do it. 2. Post it on the RBG7 beta site and it WILL be fixed! 3. If you can't replicate with CONCOMP, send the database and a set of instructions to replicate the problem to RBTI and they'll fix it- I've done this already at least 5 times and all have been either fixed or I've been advised what I'm doing wrong!
