I looked forward to the Exchange. I used many ideas
and also there were "Hot Tips" from Wayne, like Razzaks FTE's now. I think
it is just the feeling of sitting back in the lazy boy and reading a magazine
that is desirable at times. Of course, I would then jump up and go to the
PC to try something cool that I had just read....or sizzle until the next day at
work to implement some feature.
I still like reading PC magazine and others of that
type.
But times change..... BCFrom: [email protected] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Alastair Burr Sent: Thursday, February 02, 2006 1:38 PM To: RBASE-L Mailing List Subject: [RBASE-L] - RE: Report help needed I miss that old magazine - it always had some useful
tips and hints as well as informative articles.
Maybe it would be nice to resurrect it in an on-line
format? Published once a year, twice if there's something special, keep it
informal but informative. Written mainly by us with editorial from RBTI. There
must be enough people out here who could write a short article every so often -
adapt presentations from whatever sources.
I've no idea what subject but I'll offer to write
something to get the ball rolling if there's any interest...
Regards,
Alastair.
