I gotcha. Although there are a number of entry points into this application and I want to be sure the code will run even if someone simply runs R:Base and connects to the database without running any particular startup application. I wouldn't mind, however, being able to specify the STDCALL libraries to load in the R:Base configuration file. . . -- Larry
