To all... here are my latest findings
Paul - I am printing to the screen for review and then the user prints to
paper if everything looks OK.  After your comment, I discovered that the
printed copy contains all the data.  The problem is that It is not
displaying properly in the preview.  Changing fonts affects the result but
does not solve the problem.  I tried a half dozen standard fonts.
Larry - adding lines helps in most cases but not all.
Razzak - I am using V8 version 30315
My Comcast mail server has been down most of the day.  That is why I did not
respond earlier.

What update and build of R:BASE 7.6 or Turbo V-8?

Make sure that you are using the latest updates.

What font?

What happens when you change the font to Courier New or Arial?
