For R:azzak & the Back-Room WizaR:ds: Possible enhancement for two/three/traveling laptop display users?
RBase: a. Reads Windows display settings; b. Determines number of available display units; c. Determines precedence (primary, secondary ...) of available display units; d. Records the user-effected distribution of RBase resources across displays; e. Determines status (active/inactive) of display units; f. "Collapses" or "expands" distribution of RBase resources to active units; A measure of user control in a "Display Manager" for dealing with the inevitable problem children.
