This is a

group policy setting. Go to Active Directory or on the local security policy settings and drill down to:
User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > User Profiles:
Limit profile size = Disabled

The business consultant of a client called and said the client is getting the following error message.

Profile Storage Space – You have exceeded your profile storage space.  Before you can log off, you need to move some items from your profile to network or local storage.

The client is "sure" that it's an RBase problem but I told them it isn't.  But no one seems to know what it means.  If anyone here has an answer that I can rely on to them that would be helpful!
