Only if you selected the Server Update instead of Typical Update.

Whatever the case, getting rid of the old file fixed the problem.

Problem posted yesterday:
Only one user has a problem after upgrading. When he tries to
connect to a database he gets the "I/O Problem. Check for full
disk." Error message. After clearing that message he gets the
"Database files are out-of-sync" message.
