Check out Droid Sans Mono, as well as Andale and Everson from M$ (I think). I use these 3 as well as a number of others - all free, BTW - and have yet to decide which I like best. I use them in my data browser, R> window, and RBedit, as well as many forms and reports.
(I'm one of those folks who likes to see the 10's line up with the 10's and all the 1's likewise in their place.) Somewhere, I have a list of all the ones I found that were free and decent looking.
