I think the answer lies in the following directory:
 Directory of C:\RBTI\RBG90_32\SyntaxSchemes
The ".SCH"  files determine how the editor will display/format the data being 
edited.

All of the files are in plain text. I am not sure how one modifies them or how 
to indicated to the editor that you have created one for a new file name 
extension.

Would be interested in what you fine out.
