Larry:  There's a possibility that this is maybe because of a fix they did 
for me in the latest update (I haven't tested it yet, though).  I had 
reported a legacy problem that if you had a DOUBLE number with with no digits 
on 
the left, but 4 or more 0s to the right of the decimal place, it displayed 
scientific notation in the data browser.  IE: .003 and .0003 would display 
okay, but .00003 and .000003 would display as scientific.   So maybe the fix 
for this messed up your situation?
