Hi Karen
the way we are doing is when you log in the TS go to Task Manager and under
it go to Users
Now the user you want to go to their screen you select user and Right Click
/ choose Remote Control and then you can Select a Hot Key to switch between
the screens
once Hot Key is selected press OK and a message will be sent to the user
whose screen you want to be in and once user allows you can both have the
same screens

We used to use VNC, then discovered Dameware. Really great product.

When I use RD to go into a client, the workstation's monitor is not visible,
just says "this computer is locked" or something like that. Is there a
setting on either my end or theirs so that they can see the screen?

Karen
