Razzak

We are all on the second to last version of 7.6 I believe. Due several things beyond my control I am a 1/2 step behind but plan on moving up to 9.1 soon.

Thanks
Marc

They should have a clean DB, but will double check.

I took my live DB, deleted all me data, unloaded their data and
loaded it into my empty DB. So they should have the exact same
DB structure, forms... as I do. The only difference is their
data and hardware.

Marc,

Just curious ...

Are they using the currently available Update and Build of R:BASE?
If not, is there a particular reason why?

Are they using the full version or a compiled version? If a compiled
version, is it the currently available Update and Build of R:BASE
Compiler?

Last but not least, are you using the currently available Update and
Build of R:BASE and Compiler to build & distribute your application?

As I mentioned in my earlier reply, while keeping the hardware, and
network issues in mind, you really have to do your diligence to keep
your clients up-to-date. If not, they are only one mouse click away
from finding out the currently available version of R:BASE.
