Hi Karen
we have approached it differently for our production floors where we show
hourly data for Production and Packing which keep changing hourly and we
rotate multiple reports using windows Screen saver where you can set the
time between different JPG files
from outr server we are generating reports and save them as JPEG format
through windows Scheduler and then copy the files to the computer which is
running the Screen saver
this way the PC showing the data does not even have to be continously
connected to the Database

Dan: But how would you visually present 5 lookup listviews as having data
that relate to each other? IE: how does a list of parts in one listview
relate to another listview next to it that might have 4 rows for one part,
10 rows for another part. And then another listview of other data that,
again, might have 1 row that relates to one part, 10 rows that relate to
another part, 0 rows for another part. I just can't visually how you could
construct 6 different listviews and be able to visually present the data as
relating between each of those list views.

Karen

I would do variable lookup listviews. Very quick and easy to do what you
want to do. I use six in a weekly schedule format for each day of the week.
