I did find one connection and closed it, but I am still getting the same error.

Check the open files on the server(computer management). There is probably some
rogue connection that will need to be closed.

I am unable to connect to my database. I have an error stating "The database
is currently unavailable - it is probably open with MULTI set OFF."

None of my users are connected or can connect due to this error.

Any suggestions?
