I tried that and have error message "-ERROR- File in use.  Unable to open file"

I did find one connection and closed it, but I am still getting the same error.

Check the open files on the server(computer management). There is probably some

rogue connection that will need to be closed.

I am unable to connect to my database.  I have an error stating "The database is
