Update, I have found the issue has to do with fields in an enhanced group box. I will submit a bug.

Instead it shows the tablename:columnname I try to type in those fields and it disappears and cannot type in it. I have tried to delete the db edit field and recreate it and still the same result. What is strange is some other db edit fields are ok. I also tried to cut the fields into a new form and the same result. Has anyone ran into this and found a fix? I do not want to recreate the form.
