Those forms work fine. My form sort of works. Some fields work and some do 
not. I have tried to delete the field and recreate it and no luck.

I have sent in a sample to RBTI.

I am assuming that you are using the latest update and build of R:BASE. If 
so,
what did you observe when running the "CallNotesEdit" and/or 
"CustContAndSales"
forms included with RRBYW18?

EDIT USING CustContAndSales
