Razzak,
The first goal is to automatically obtain and load social security data of
our patients via a secured channel from the insurance companies.
We have to send XML after obtaining a SAML session ticket.
The only way I can think to make clear what I have to do is to send you the
mails I got from ehealth.fgov.be to show you exactly what I have to
implement.
Can I do this via a private mail ?
If you would accept this can you tell me your email-address ?
I am pretty certain I can do anything with R:base and I'm very reluctant to
resolve to use an external VB program which would make things unnecessarily
complicated.
In a subsequent phase we will have to implement electronic prescriptions to
the pharmacist and electronic billing to the medical insurance companies.
All will have to pass via the same secured eHealth box.
So this is pretty important to us.
Thanks a lot !

What is the best way to do this?
Could you elaborate on your definition of implementing government
web services application?
Remember, you can implement anything you can imagine, using R:BASE
eXtreme 9.5, Oterro 9.5, Custom Plugins, and/or any web interfaces,
using Apache, PHP, and Node.js.
Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions.
Very Best R:egards,
