Any special configuration for Windows 2012 Server?.. The R:Mail
documentation don´t mention anything.

Without knowing all details, including the fire wall settings, etc., while
logged in as Remote Desktop Client on your Windows 2012 server, try using
the "Test Connection" and see what you get.
That simple test alone should provide you with some blue's clues ...
