Zero-zip problems running RBASE 9.5(64) on Windows 10 Home or Pro.
Thinking 2GB is your bottleneck. Especially if running aggressive
anti-virus/security suites and other background junk.
Mainstream 8GB, 2-in-1 Win 10 laptops priced like popcorn these days.
Recommend hardware replacement.

Seems most laptops come with Win 10 Home installed. Upgrade Win 10 Home
to (domain capable) Pro $99, fully automated. Nicely done.
