Hi Bill,

What speed is the DSL?
Do the have a domain name registered?
Do they have static IPs assigned to the DSL?

As for the connecting from both the internet and the lan..
I tried it and ottero runs in Transaction mode which really slow down the 
internal operations. 

Plus there is the security issue of having ports open to the internet.

my domain at www.pcforge.com is running over DSL on a pentium 233 in my 
office.
