Take a look at FinePrint at www.fineprint.com

I use FinePrint as my default printer 99.9% of the time.  You could let 
FinePrint accumulate multiple reports back to back and then direct it 
(FinePrint) to hand the results of to the Distiller or the PDF Writer.

I highly recommend the product.
