Hello David,
I did submit it to RDCC but they could not duplicate it.  I though the group
could test my finding and confirm it or tell me what I am doing wrong.
All I know is that LAYOUT does not work in my systems.  I only have one customer
that will complain about it so it is not a big deal for me as it relates to my
customers.  I just wanted to make sure I am not going senile.
