Too all on the discussion about "The Glorious R:BASE (was RE: RBase Vs Power Builder)" I am sitting on my front porch just wonder which watermelon I should pick to eat! Haven't spit any seed lately and it's been hot here! The choice is hard, some will have too many seeds, some will not be sweet enough and some will have too dry of core! I get up and walk in the patch to thump the ones that look good to me. Once I make my choice I tote it back to the porch get the knife out and cut away! If it was a good choice which happen all of the time, because "I RAISE THE BEST WATERMELLON"! Then I holler for my children and x-wife to come out on the porch to share in my wonderful watermelon. I tell them how sweet it is, how it doesn't have many seeds and that each mouth full makes you happy. Then I tell all my friends how good of a watermelon I've grown and how much fun I had growing and eating it. Of coarse some of my friends don't like this cause they think they have the best watermelon. But as long as it comes from my patch, it is the "BEST" and I let everyone know that "I HAVE THE BEST WATERMELLON". At the same time my next door neighbors tell me how great their are! I just agree, nod my head yes, smile and go back to my porch and enjoy my watermelon. No man can tell me what to say about my watermelons because I've got my on opinion about the great pleasure I get from growing and eating my own watermelons! I'll stand tall and speak about the "PLEASURES OF WATERMELLON" growing and eating them! Even if I'm alone on the front porch with a bunch of watermelon haters!(Not too many of those around here) I'll eat away smile and tell everyone how GREAT it is! Cause I have the "BEST" watermelons! I enjoy growing them, eating them and telling everyone how "GREAT" they are even if they disagree!
