Dear Eric;
We have discovered that Windows 2000 products are becoming very unfriendly
with DOS programs. Bill Gates promised us this, and he is carrying out his
promise.
The behavior that we observed is that if you [ALT] + [ENTER] between the Full
Screen and Window mode, the mouse is disabled unless you are in the Full
Screen mode.
Thus, when you toggle [ALT] + [TAB] between the DOS program and the
Windows Desktop, the mouse may become locked. You should be able to
unlock it by toggling the [ALT] + [ENTER] key to restore the Full Screen.
