Run a CHOOSE of outreach dates, CHOOSE chkbox the department's staff, SSUB
the id's into a temp table, count those values not null, divide the units
by
that integer and insert the staff id's, divided units, and constants into

Why not use a form? Attach an eep that does the processing to the form.
That's essentially what I've done. It makes it easier for staff to enter
these records, I find. Of course, that depends on how it's bein handled
now, and how folks are used to doing entry in general.
