Get a list of your table counts and then
do an UNLOAD and INPUT of the
database.  Keep a backup before you
delete the original copy of the database.

This is almost always a lost network
connection.  Maybe your database is
getting trashed when you lose your
network connection?

Did you do anything to change your
network lately?  Have you taken any
power hits that might have done some
physical damage?

I've had environments where we fought
this only to find out that we had bad
power or a bad NIC.  This type of
problem can make you look  really bad
until it gets solved.  Try UPS protection
at each workstation as well as at the hub
and at the server.
