Have you recreated the menu from Application Express just creating the menu framework and then looked at the structure that is created in Express to make sure the structure of your menu.pop file contains a valid menu? Just because it worked before doesn't mean that as RBase changes versions and or patches are applied, that it will always be forgiving of minor mistakes. Also, you could certainly recreate your menu using the "Union All" structure which could be in your menu.pop file and then "Run"ed.
