We have our's set up to print using a batch file. We add the name of the
file to the property settings on the Rbase Icon on the desktop. And we
put a copy of the file in the Rbase root folder or the network folder
where the files are started from. Works every time.

Sample:
I call this one 5sidosprnt:

capture 1=1 q=.Hp_5si_Q.douglas_esd nb nff ti+5 au
Device LPT1 has been re-routed to print queue Hp_5si_Q.DOUGLAS_ESD
