Larry, I appreciate the feed back... I've been using that method without problem for awhile. There is no special verify setting, so it's using the default. I don't update what's on the form (edit), only because I'd expect you'ld get unpredictable results. I'll keep your concerns in mind in case something starts to unravel <g>.
