I can't think how to COPY a form at the R>, but you could:

R>  OUTPUT filename
R> UNLOAD DATA FOR SYS_FORMS2 WHERE #1 = 'formname'
R> OUTPUT SCREEN

then

R> RBEDIT filename
 and change the name of the form in there ...  But it seems much easier to
just do it from the ObjectManager ...
