Ran Autochk

I did an autochk on my database and I got the following:   File #2 active space:  3005964   File #2  unusable space :  25076  File #2 utilization 99.172693....%   Errors have been encountered.   Can anyone tell me what that means and how I may correct the problem?  Thanks.  Tricia
