Make sure that you run AUTOCHK FULL to get the details of the problem.

A lot of times I will output the results to a file so that I can read
through them.

For example from the R> type:

OUT ERRCHK.TXT
AUTOCHK FULL
OUT SCREEN

It is important to know how severe the damage is in order for you to
decide whether you should restore from backup or reload the database
(which will most likely fix the errors). However, sometimes the errors
are so severe that a reload will chop off a big chunk of the data in
your table.
