Unless you plan to change the name of the report, why don't you just
hardcode the name of the report in the footer section? This is what I do. If
you want to change the report name and have the new report name displayed
dynamically, place the name of the report in a variable in the report and
before you run it, set the variable to whatever name you want.
Users find it easy to pick up the name of the report from the footer and if
they have a problem, I know exactly which report it is, as I have over 100
reports and many of them are very similar.

Subject: RBWIN 6.5++ cval for report and/or label name

Does anybody know how to get the value/name of the printed report and/or
label?? I see that you can get the name of the open form with a cval
function but I do not see one for the report and/or label name.

I am planning on using a variable in my reports and labels that print the
name on the bottom.

Does anybody have any ideas??
