I agree. With this dynamic variable I could change report names and would
not have to worry about opening the report.

A (CVAL('REPORTNAME')) would indeed be a good feature for all
versions of RBASE.  It is nice to have the name of the report printed
on the header or footer, and a cval invoked in a report expression
would assure that the name is always correct.
