If I had waited for the Reno class, I could've been the tour guide. I had spent the second week in Sept in Reno (National Championship Air Races) for 18 years straight until 9-11-02 and know the area very well. It is great to wake up in the morning there and see mountains on every side. Go to Virginia City and imagine Adam, Hoss, and Little Joe coming down the street. The area has changed (doubled) in that time period, but there are many beautiful sites to see. Tahoe (the Bonanza Ranch set is there) is about 40 minutes (south Tahoe about an hour).
