I just found out that you can set this as the permanent setting in your
RBASE.CFG file.  Multi-user considerations may be an issue.

Unfortunately I don't think there's a way to automate the entire process at
least within the bounds of R:Base.  Maybe a VBScript?  My testing shows that
for a 1024 X 768 screen resolution lines = 45 and width = 125 works best.
