I assume that creating a temp table does count as a schema change?

eg: Change the structure of your database, such as the CREATE TABLE command.
Alastair,

CREATE TABLE TableName and CREATE TEMP TABLE Table are supported
commands in EEPs.

Among sooooooooooo many Enhancements, New Commands and Bug-Fixes,
the upcoming in-line patch-3 for The Glorious R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5++) will
also support the following commands in EEPs and Stored Procedures:

. ALTER TABLE
. CALL
. SCONNECT
. SATTACH

Above commands have been added as per request by the CURRENT and LOYAL
Users/Developers of R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5++).

The same is true for the Magical R:BASE 7.0 for Windows.

Before the release of in-line patch-3, the R:Syntax will be updated accordingly.

Enjoy and make sure to have fun!

Very Best Regards,

Razzak.
