Somebody mentioned at the conference that there is a bar code scanner that plugs in between the keyboard and the computer and when activated, it basically works as if the data had been type on the keyboard. I am planning to implement something like this for a Fleet Management System that I am developing and will be used to scan bar-coded parts. By the way, has anyone developed a Fleet Management System? If so, contact me, if you are interested in a potential business opportunity.
