In following this lively thread, a recent e-mail from one of my customers
seems appropriate. I.e., sometimes we are just too hard on ourselves.

The e-mail I refer to is in response to a recent update we sent out. She
writes, "Challenge #1 When I go into the Open Work Orders screen and hit
the Reschedule WO button I get what appears to be an error message." She
goes on to list three more "challenges" that we both share. (Note: only two
were bugs!)

How sweet. Not bug, error, mistake, etc. It's just a challenge, or maybe an
issue.
What would life be like without euphemisms?

In the community where I live, we've gotten away from Problems and
Solutions. Instead, it is Issues and Opportunities. This certainly seems
appropriate to RBase and RBTI. A solution for one user could certainly
create a problem for another.

On this Thanksgiving Day I am thankful for understanding customers... both
mine and our RBase developers.
