Well,
I thought so too, when I submitted it before it was denied, that is why I asked what "verified, no plans to include" meant. Dr. R said that If I was the only one then special plans could be made.
Since I could see the obvious uses for this, I figured it must just be something that couldn't be done, or done yet. I am sure at some point the Dream Team can find a way to do it.
At this point I have resubmitted the request to RDCC, and am waiting patiently for some response from RBTI if I need to have special arrangements as DR.R suggested.
