Steve,
  Maybe you would be able to write the description better so that they
would see the value of it.  I first submitted this request on 09/10/1999
as 'Live Variables' with the description...
...
'Would like to see the ability to display colors in a field based on the
results of a computed variable. ie:
if var dummy is null then
 set dummyfield backround blue
endif
...
All of my other enhancement requests are 'slated for version 7' so I am
really excited about it comming out.
