Here's my 2 cents on the CVAL function:
Running Windows 98SE
Results of: "set var vTest = (CVAL('drives'))"
Returns: a,c,d,e,f all lowercase Drives A,C,E,F are non removable
drives.
I agree with David this is not working in Win 98 SE
I'll give it a whirl on my Laptop running XP Home and see what happens.

Subject: Problem with CVAL('DRIVES') in RBW build 1.862xRT03 ?
Hi all,
Function CVAL('DRIVES') was supposed to return the list of drives :
- non removables drives (Hard Disk, CD ...) in capital lettres (such as
C:,D: ...),
- removables drives (floppy, ...) in lower letters (such as a: ...).
Using RBW 6.5++ build 1.862xRT03 and W98SE.
Seems that now all drives return with lower letters ....
Can anybody confirm that before I report it as a bug to RDCC ?
Does it happen only with W98SE, or is it more general (W2K, NT )?
Thank for investigations ....
