J.M.,

Aucun Problme..

By now, you should have received a nice "Present" from the untiring and
dedicated members of Dream Team, which will fix that minor boo-boo of
returning (CVAL('Drives')) values in "lower case" separated by your comma
delimiter on PCs running Windows 98 and Windows 95 ONLY!

Technically, all hard drives, including CD-ROM/DVD and network mapped drives
would be CAPITAL letters. All removable drives, including floppy disk drives
and zip drives would be lower case letters. There should be absolutely no
problem using Win NT/2000 or Win XP.

In pursuit of making The Glorious R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5++), Build:1.862xRT03
PERFECT and SOLID, the Dream Team has the FIX for Windows 95/98 users
IMMEDIATELY.

All registered users running R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5++), Build:1.862xRT03, on
Windows 95/98 may request this fix by sending an e-mail to:

The PLEASURE is all mine!

Enjoy the benefits of staying CURRENT!

Very Best Regards,

Razzak.

Hi all,

Function CVAL('DRIVES') was supposed to return the list of drives :

- non removables drives (Hard Disk, CD ...) in capital lettres (such as
C:,D: ...),
- removables drives (floppy, ...) in lower letters (such as a: ...).

Using RBW 6.5++ build 1.862xRT03 and W98SE.

Seems that now all drives return with lower letters ....

Can anybody confirm that before I report it as a bug to RDCC ?
Does it happen only with W98SE, or is it more general (W2K, NT )?
