Larry: You can try the following to manually send a form feed from DOS: ECHO ^L > lpt1: (^L being Control-L). If there is not form feed then your system (at the DOS level) is not communicating with the printer. I remember when I knew I was in the computer business too long when I spent 45 minutes on the telephone with a client trying to fix their printer before I remembered to ask if it was plugged in.
