Fabulous.  Thanks Razzak.  I don't use too many format masks because I seem to struggle with them.  This is exactly what I was looking for.  This probably qualifies as a "DUH".  I should have thought of it....

Bob,

Did you know that you can use ">" option as "Format Mask"
to achieve the same goal?

If a ">" character appears in the mask, all characters
that follow are in uppercase until the end of the mask
or until a "<" character is encountered.
