Larry, Assuming that you haven't simply got the size of the field too small - easy to do and nothing to show you it's wrong - then check that you have the calculations/expressions in the "right" sequence. I had some "oddities" when I first started playing with reports that I got to work but I don't understand why they do work. All I did was to move the position in the list - not the band - that the calcs were done. To me, they then looked wrong but I was getting what I wanted so I have left them as they are until I find time to check further.
