patrick, i agree about saddle position, but my case is unique. i have rotated scoliosis, degenerate disc disease, and severe arthritis. if i sit too upright, i put too much pressure on my lower back, so, i try to balance my position on my bike between too low and too high. i do a lot of core work and upper body work in the gym to compensate for my situation. everybody is different. don
