Mustache bars are great - especially off road and handy in harder efforts where you might lean more on your legs and want a wide, low position. I've seen 'em set up high with a Dirt Drop stem, and that looks pretty comfortable. But I like to ride on the ends and up at the bends when I'm really pushing the bike.
